International business transactions

We provide specialist assistance across a wide range of contracts, such as leasing, sale and supply agreements and advise on all questions related to the international dimension (Incoterms, International treaties, rules applicable to the transport arrangements) and the financial aspects of the transaction (documentary credit, loans, current account advance, discounting of drafts, pledge, leasing, retention of title, endorsement credit, bank guarantee,..).

Arbitration

MMH’s focus on and interest in arbitration is one of its most distinguishing feature.

There has been indeed a long-standing tradition of promoting arbitration in Belgium as a alternative dispute resolution means. For instance, Lambert Matray - the founder of MMH - set up, as the founder and vice-chairman, the CEPANI (Centre belge pour l'Etude et la Pratique de l'Arbitrage national / international).

Real Estate and Construction Law
