• litigation before Belgian administrative and ordinary courts
• litigation before the Court of Cassation in criminal matters
• litigation before the Constitutional Court: procedures for cancellation or suspension, or on questions referred for a preliminary ruling
• representation and defence before international jurisdictions (European Court of Human Rights, Court of Justice of the European Union)
