  • legal support in the context of investigations carried out by national and/or European competition authorities (including the commission)
  • legal support in the context of procedures to undertake with national and/or international authorities (including the commission)
  • representing you and defending your interests before national and European jurisdictions (including the Court of Justice of the European Union)
• Fundamental rights and freedoms with regard to circulation (of goods and capital, services and establishment, people and workers):
  • drafting opinions and/or legal advice
  • legal support in the context of procedures to undertake with the competent supervisory authorities
  • representing you and defending your interests before national and European jurisdictions (including both the court of justice of the European union and the European Court of Human rights law)
• Law governing the protection of personal data:
  • drafting opinions and/or legal advice
  • drafting and/or analysing internal and/or contractual documents in the context of your work to comply with the general data protection regulation (GDPR) and its national performance norms
  • legal support in the context of procedures to undertake with the competent data protection authorities
  • representing you and defending your interests before national and European jurisdictions (including the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights)
