  • litigation with regard to the awarding of public contracts, as counsel to either complainant or defendant, in proceedings of extreme urgency and cancellation
  • litigation with regard to the civil consequences of unlawful decisions made by the authority, as counsel to either complainant or defendant
  • litigation with regard to the performance of public contracts, as counsel to either complainant or defendant
• Administrative permits: town planning, environment, commercial premises, pharmacies:
  • assistance to applicants in preparing their applications for a permit
  • litigation with regard to the lawfulness of permits, as counsel to either complainant or defendant
  • litigation with regard to the civil consequences of the unlawfulness of permits, as counsel to either complainant or defendant
• Civil servants:
  • assistance to civil servants during disciplinary litigation, at both the administrative and appeal stages
  • litigation with regard to appointments and promotions
