Jean-François Moreau

Jean-François has been a member of the Liège Bar since 1999. He has been a partner in Matray, Matray & Hallet since 2009, working out of our offices in Liège.

His preferred areas of practice are property law and banking law.

Jean-François has very extensive experience in property law; he assists his clients in setting up complex projects (property promotion, options to buy or sell with or without a waiver of the right of accession, property sales in the stricter sense, etc) and in many litigation proceedings.

Jean-François is a former Bar Consultant, and is approved as a lawyer specialising in construction law.

His name is on the list of arbitrators at Euregio’s arbitration centre (CAE).
