Sarah holds a Master’s degree in European Public Law and Governance from Maastricht University and a Master’s degree in International Public Law from Leiden University.

She has been a legal advisor at Matray, Matray & Hallet since 2023, based at the company’s Liège office.

Before joining the firm, Sarah worked as an intern and consultant for the Federal Migration Centre (Myria, Brussels), the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (Amman), the Trust Fund for Victims at the International Criminal Court (The Hague), the Subcommittee on Human Rights in the European Parliament, and the consultancy firm Gopa Pace (Brussels).

Her areas of expertise are international public law, European law, and human rights.

Her working languages are French and English.
